Red Sun Trading LLC, an established transportation and heavy-equipment business, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to strengthen financial management and support planned business expansion. The successful candidate will manage cash flow, assess financing proposals and establish practical controls to support timely loan repayments while maintaining sufficient funds for daily operations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast and monthly financial projections. • Assess borrowing capacity and compare financing proposals, repayment schedules, fees and security requirements. • Develop repayment plans aligned with realistic customer collections and operating cash flows. • Evaluate crane, truck and equipment investments based on profitability, utilisation, maintenance costs and debt repayments. • Test financial plans against delayed customer payments, reduced business activity and unexpected repairs. • Manage receivables, follow up overdue payments and strengthen customer credit controls. • Plan supplier payments, payroll, operating expenses and cash reserves. • Coordinate with banks, finance companies, auditors and the internal accounting team. • Monitor loan obligations, repayment dates and financing conditions. • Provide management with clear monthly reports on profitability, cash availability, debt and financial risks. • Maintain reliable accounts and oversee applicable tax and statutory reporting. Requirements • Proven experience in finance management, cash-flow forecasting and business financing. • Experience in transportation, logistics, construction or equipment rental would be an advantage. • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills. • Practical experience dealing with banks and finance companies. • Ability to turn financial analysis into clear recommendations and effective payment controls. • A relevant finance or accounting qualification; CMA, ACCA, CA or CPA preferred. • Oman or GCC experience preferred.
