We value real-world expertise and practical problem-solving over formal degrees. If you have a masterful grasp of technical drawings and know how to run a site efficiently, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities * Blueprint Mastery: Read, interpret, and flawlessly execute architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Site Leadership: Direct daily on-site operations, managing manpower, materials, and project schedules. * Quality Control: Ensure all structural modifications and interior finishing works align perfectly with our design specifications. * Problem Solving: Troubleshoot on-site challenges and bridge the gap between complex plans and physical execution. What We’re Looking For * Experience First: An extensive, proven track record in construction or interior fit-outs. A specific university degree is optional; deep site knowledge is mandatory. * Technical Fluency: Exceptional ability to understand and translate detailed technical blueprints into reality. * Strong Management: Confident in leading site teams, enforcing safety, and keeping projects on track.
