Job Opening: ELV Site, Estimation & Subcontracting Engineer We are looking for an experienced ELV Site, Estimation & Subcontracting Engineer to manage site surveys, estimation, and subcontracting management for ELV systems. Key Responsibilities: Site Survey & BOQ Generation: Visit project sites to perform thorough site surveys, quantify material requirements, and determine exact operational needs for each project. Quotations & Estimation: Prepare professional technical/commercial proposals, cost estimations, and BOQs using MS Excel and MS Word. Subcontracting & Contractor Management: Negotiate and draft agreement terms with civil/electrical subcontractors, assign work packages, and oversee contractor execution. Technical Review: Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure compliance. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of ELV Systems, including: CCTV Systems Access Control & Biometrics Systems IP PBX Telephony Systems IP TV & Smart TV Systems Computer Cabling, Networking & Wi-Fi Systems Home Automation & Smart Systems Gate Barrier Systems Public Address (PA) Systems LED Wall & Digital Signage Fiber Solutions & Material Supply Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and costing. Strong site measurement, quantity surveying, and contracting skills. Capability to handle and supervise subcontractors. Nationality: Indian nationality preferred.
