About the Role Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical safety and functionality of the hotel, contributing to a positive experience for every guest. Role Overview The Technical Supervisor ensures that all hotel facilities operate safely and efficiently. This involves a range of maintenance tasks and proactive inspections to uphold the property's standards for both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. Respond promptly to guest service requests and team member work orders. Perform various maintenance tasks and repairs across multiple areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry. Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues. Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues that require further attention or follow-up. Work Type This is a full-time position.
