About the Role Khalid A. Al-Juraid Trading Est. is seeking an experienced Financial & Administrative Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and administrative activities. This full-time position is based in the Eastern Province and requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience. Role Purpose The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management. Additionally, the role involves ensuring efficient administrative operations, all in line with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and periodic financial reports. Monitor company expenses, financial performance, and budget compliance. Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and payment schedules. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards. Supervise administrative operations, office management, and company documentation. Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Supervise and support the finance and administration team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and administration roles. Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations and administrative activities effectively. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency in cash flow management and compliance with financial regulations. Work Setting This is a full-time position within Khalid A. Al-Juraid Trading Est., located in the Eastern Province. The role involves overseeing a dedicated finance and administration team.
