About the Role St. Regis is seeking a Pool Technician to join their team. This full-time role involves responding to and resolving guest repair requests related to pool facilities, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment. The position requires 2-5 years of related work experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to and address guest repair requests promptly and efficiently. Communicate effectively with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines for operational integrity. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment as needed. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies. Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift changes. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Complete required safety training and certifications, and properly store flammable materials. Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Communicate using clear and professional language. Physical Requirements Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Capability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Qualifications and Experience Education: A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred. Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience is required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role. License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required. Work Environment This is a full-time position within the St. Regis team, where the Pool Technician will perform duties as requested by Supervisors, contributing to a professional and service-oriented environment.
