Required: Civil Engineer – Project Manager Work Location: Al Ghat Governorate – Riyadh Region We are looking for a civil engineer with extensive practical experience and high competence in project management and execution, to take responsibility for managing a large project and complete supervision over all its stages, with the ability to lead the work team, make appropriate decisions, and take direct responsibility for the progress of the project and the quality of its execution. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Comprehensive management of the project from the preparation stage to final delivery. * Leading work teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Preparing executive plans and schedules and monitoring compliance with them. * Supervising technical and administrative works and ensuring the quality of execution according to approved plans and specifications. * Managing resources, equipment, labor, and monitoring costs. * Direct coordination with the owner, consultant, and related parties. * Handling technical and operational challenges and making appropriate decisions. * Submitting periodic reports to management on progress, obstacles, and proposed solutions. Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Strong and proven experience in managing and executing construction projects. * Leadership personality characterized by decisiveness, good conduct, and the ability to take responsibility. * High ability in planning, organizing, and managing work teams. * Experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. * Ability to work independently and manage the project efficiently while referring to management for core decisions. * Full-time commitment to work at the project site in Al Ghat Governorate. We are looking for someone who has the mindset of a project manager, not just a supervisory engineer; someone who can be relied upon to lead the project, maintain its quality, costs, and schedule, and act as the representative of management on-site.
