In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations for our short-term rental portfolio, ensuring seamless guest experiences and top-tier property standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and guest support in a prompt, professional manner. Operations & Turnovers: Coordinate cleaning crews, maintenance team schedules, and property inspections between guest stays. Listing Management: Assist with managing calendar availability, pricing updates, and listing details across platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com). Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic physical visits to properties to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory levels. Requirements Gender: Female candidates only. Language: Fluent/Professional English is required (written and spoken). Location & Work Style: Hybrid availability (remote administrative work paired with on-site property visits as needed). Skills: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail. Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, short-term rental management, or customer service is preferred. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using messaging apps, and communication tools.
