IT Support Engineer

I am a IT Support Engineer with over 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Windows systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, Wi-Fi access points, user accounts, system updates, antivirus, and basic security support. I’m comfortable working with both L1 and L2 support tasks, investigating problems, assisting users, and escalating issues when needed. I’m a practical problem-solver who enjoys helping people and making sure technology works reliably. Currently, I am looking for an opportunity to apply my skills, support secure IT operations, and grow professionally.
