The company announces its desire to attract a Government Relations Supervisor to join the work team, provided that they have the experience and efficiency in managing and following up on government transactions and supervising procedures related to the facility and its employees. Tasks and Responsibilities: Supervising all government transactions and procedures for the facility and following up on their completion on time. Following up on the issuance and renewal of residencies, work permits, visas, licenses, and government permits. Managing and following up on electronic government platforms related to the facility's activity. Following up on the expiration dates of documents and licenses and ensuring their renewal before they expire. Coordinating with government agencies to address observations and obstacles related to transactions. Following up on government violations and fines and working to address them in coordination with the relevant departments. Supervising the government relations team, distributing tasks, and following up on performance. Preparing periodic reports related to government transactions and the level of completion. Coordinating with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments to ensure the completion of required procedures. Ensuring compliance with government regulations and instructions and maintaining the confidentiality of documents and data. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related specialty. Practical experience from 2 to 5 years in the field of government relations. Experience in using relevant electronic government platforms. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. Good English language.
