Coffee Cashier

We are looking for a cheerful and friendly person with experience in cashier management for restaurants and cafes, who has excellent communication skills in dealing with customers, to join our team. Tasks and responsibilities: * Receiving and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Recording orders and completing payment transactions through the Rawaa (Roaa) system. * Ensuring the accuracy of orders and coordinating with the kitchen team. * Dealing with customer inquiries and feedback tactfully. * Managing the cashier drawer and matching sales at the end of the shift. * Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cashier area. * Serving hot/cold coffee of the day. Conditions and requirements: * Previous experience in using the Rawaa (Roaa) cashier system is an essential requirement. * High skills in dealing with the public and customer service. * Cheerful, friendly personality and good appearance. * Punctuality and the ability to work in a team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Sufficient knowledge of the coffee of the day, crops, and working on a Fetco machine. Working hours and benefits: * Morning shift (6 AM - 2 PM) or evening shift (4 PM - 12 AM). * Working hours: 8 to 12 hours, as agreed. * Two rest days per week. * Determining working hours and the schedule by agreement between both parties.
