Overview of the role Dar Al Salam Contracting Company is looking for a Financial Manager to join its team full-time. This role aims to oversee all financial and accounting activities of the company, ensure the accuracy of financial reports, improve cash flows, and control costs. The role requires experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in the financial and accounting field. Job Objective The Financial Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the financial and accounting aspects of the company. This includes ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, improving cash flows, controlling costs, strengthening internal control, and complying with the accounting and tax regulations and standards applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Supervising accounting operations, financial closing, and preparing financial statements. Preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts and following up on deviations. Managing cash flows, liquidity, collection, and payments. Monitoring costs, analyzing profitability, and preparing financial reports for senior management. Following up on Zakat and tax obligations and electronic billing requirements. Developing internal control procedures and managing financial risks. Managing the accounting and finance team and coordinating with other departments. Coordinating with banks, external auditors, and competent authorities. Required Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in the field of financial management and accounting. Deep understanding of accounting and tax standards applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ability to prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash forecasts accurately. Key Performance Indicators The performance of the job holder will be evaluated based on the accuracy of financial reports, compliance with closing dates, collection efficiency, cost control, and the accuracy of cash forecasts. Additional Details The Financial Manager reports administratively to the General Manager or CEO. The monthly salary for this role ranges between 5,625 Saudi Riyals and 7,500 Saudi Riyals.
