About the Role Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a Pediatric Nurse 3 to provide advanced-level nursing care within an assigned unit in Al-Ahsa. This full-time role focuses on maintaining high standards of patient care, resolving complex clinical issues, and supporting operational processes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care services, with a focus on complex cases. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care from admission through discharge, specific to the patient's age. Perform a wide range of nursing procedures with attention to accuracy, patient safety, and comfort, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. Provide nursing care and patient/family education consistent with the plan of care and patient needs, respecting privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and lifesaving situations using clinical skills, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices. Support exclusive breastfeeding guided by the Saudi MoH 10 Steps to Successful Breastfeeding. Strategic and Operational Contributions Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving nursing practices within the assigned unit. Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient care delivery and achieve high patient experience. Assist in managing workflow, ensuring proper resource utilization, and providing mentorship to junior and intermediate-level nurses. Precept new hires and trainees during their probation training period, providing recommendations regarding progress and training needs. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participate in the evaluation of patient outcomes. Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the JHAH nursing Professional Practice Model. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required. Ability to achieve and/or maintain the mandated set of activities for level 3, which includes a minimum total of 20 points in at least four categories within each 12-month cycle as outlined in the Clinical Advancement Program. Work Environment This is a full-time position within Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, located in Al-Ahsa, focusing on pediatric nursing care.
