We Are Hiring – Outdoor Sales Executive (Automotive Industry) We are a professional automotive repair and maintenance garage based in Dubai, specializing in mechanical repairs, electrical services, diagnostics, air conditioning, bodywork, and painting. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base by building strong business relationships and securing new corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and approach potential clients, including car rental companies, fleet operators, car dealerships, logistics companies, and corporate businesses. * Conduct daily field visits to introduce and promote our automotive repair and maintenance services. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. * Negotiate and secure maintenance contracts and business partnerships. * Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. * Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Coordinate with the garage management team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Previous experience in outdoor sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry. * Good knowledge of the Dubai automotive market. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. * Valid UAE driving license. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Existing connections with car rental companies, fleet managers, or automotive businesses will be a strong advantage.
