We are looking for an ambitious Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team in the field of maintenance contracts for facilities, commercial and residential centers, and factories. Our work also includes executing epoxy, finishes, air conditioning, and electricity. Basic Tasks: Developing and implementing marketing plans to ensure attracting the right opportunities. Targeting the right clients and building professional relationships with them. Following up on business opportunities until closing contracts in coordination with the team. Preparing marketing proposals and representing the company professionally to clients. Submitting periodic reports on opportunities, sales, and progress towards goals. Required in the Candidate: Decent appearance and professional presence. Tact and strong communication with clients. Clear experience or passion in marketing/sales (preferably in the contracting or services sector). Ability to work within goals and changing tasks, and commitment to deadlines.
