About the Role Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking a Sales Director to lead its commercial organization in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on digital trust and e-signature solutions, covering SME, Corporate, and Enterprise segments. The Sales Director will be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving commercial discipline, and scaling revenue, from pipeline generation to closed deals. Key Responsibilities Oversee sales performance across SME, Corporate, and Enterprise segments, providing leadership and coaching to Sales Managers and Team Leads. Conduct pipeline reviews and deal coaching to enhance discovery, positioning, and close rates. Manage the SDR function and outbound playbooks to ensure a healthy and qualified pipeline. Manage forecasting, CRM discipline (HubSpot), and reporting across segments, driving improvements in deal velocity and conversion. Support complex and high-value deals, proposals, and RFPs through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams. Manage RevOps to improve tooling, processes, and productivity within the sales organization. Drive the adoption of AI and automation in sales workflows, including proposals, follow-ups, and reporting. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales , with demonstrated experience leading managers and teams in SaaS or technology sectors. Proven track record in building and scaling sales teams across SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial negotiation. Experience partnering with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is preferred. Excellent leadership and coaching abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Experience within the Saudi Arabian market is essential. Work Type and Location This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
