URGENT HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Infrastructure Projects) Location: Oman Company: Modern Engineering Lighthouse LLC We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for ongoing infrastructure projects in Oman. Requirements: Nationality: Indian / Pakistani / Sri Lankan only 7–10 years of experience as QS in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, telecom, water networks) Oman experience is mandatory Valid Oman Driving License is a must Complete knowledge of the full tendering process – tender document review, pricing, rate analysis, bid preparation and submission Experience in pre-tender clarifications, technical & commercial evaluation, and post-tender negotiations Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, measurement sheets and interim payment certificates (IPC) Experience with subcontractor billing, variations and final account settlement Good command of MS Excel and AutoCAD Good communication skills in English Preferred: Candidates currently in Oman with transferable visa / NOC How to Apply: Send your updated CV with copies of driving license and experience certificates to: [contact removed] [contact removed]
