Position: Experienced Floral Designer & Florist We are looking for a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong creative eye, a deep passion for floral artistry, and a proven track record in creating stunning arrangements for weddings, events, and daily retail. Key Responsibilities: • Design and create bespoke floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces. • Manage flower inventory, storage, and quality control. • Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide creative event styling recommendations. • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring display area. Requirements: • Proven professional experience as a florist or floral designer. • Excellent knowledge of various flower types, care, and color combinations. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.
