[Al Tanmiya], a building contracting company in Muscat, announces its need for a civil technician to work in the office, responsible for pricing, tenders, and accounts. Tasks: Take off quantities from drawings, prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), and price projects Request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and compare them Follow up on tenders on the Isnad portal, prepare bid files, and submit them on time Record expenses and revenues and prepare salaries through the Wage Protection System Prepare payment certificates, follow up on collections, and calculate the cost of each project Coordinate with the foreman regarding material requests and quantities of work executed Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience of not less than two years with a contracting company in the Sultanate Ability to read drawings and take off quantities Knowledge of the Isnad portal, and knowledge of accounting basics Proficiency in Excel Possession of a valid Omani driving license We offer: A suitable salary depending on experience Accommodation at the company's expense Incentives upon project completion To apply: Send your CV via [contact removed]
