HIRING – SENIOR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / GENERAL FOREMAN Location: Al Buraimi, Oman Company: Al Mersal Al Mutakamilah We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Construction Foreman / General Foreman for renovation, maintenance, construction and finishing works. This is NOT only a supervision position. The candidate must be practical, capable of managing a small team and willing to work hands-on when required. Required practical experience: • Block work and masonry • Plastering • Screed and floor leveling • Concrete works • Waterproofing • Tile works • Demolition and renovation • Building maintenance and finishing works • Reading drawings and understanding construction details • Checking dimensions, levels and alignment • Calculating daily material requirements • Organizing workers and work sequence • Identifying poor workmanship and correcting problems before work continues • Monitoring worker productivity and quality The candidate should be able to independently manage the daily execution of a small construction/renovation site according to approved drawings and instructions. Important: We are looking for a genuinely experienced, practical foreman — not someone who only supervises workers. Salary will be discussed according to actual experience and practical ability.
