Basic Experience: Extensive and proven experience in preparing authentic Iraqi Samoon (Tannour bread or traditional oven bread) with high quality, along with mastering the making of various types of pastries and baked goods. General Experience: Full ability to manage the kitchen and supervise the preparation of other items (whether popular food, grills, or main dishes upon request). Management and Organization: Ability to manage time with high efficiency, ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and manage inventory and ingredients.
