Graphic designer required to work in a printing press Work location: Al Maabilah Industrial - Muscat We are looking for a creative designer with experience in the field of printing and packaging, and skills in communicating with customers and following up on their requests. Job Tasks: • Designing commercial prints, boxes, bags, and packaging materials. • Preparing and setting up files for printing and cutting lines, and ensuring sizes, colors, and quality of designs. • Communicating with customers directly and via phone and [contact removed] to understand their needs and answer their inquiries. • Presenting designs to customers, making adjustments, and obtaining their approval before printing. • Coordinating with the production team and following up on orders until they are prepared and delivered on the specified date. • Organizing customer files and designs and keeping approved copies. Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Practical experience in printing and packaging designs. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Accuracy, organization, ability to manage multiple requests, and commitment to deadlines.
