Job Purpose: The Bidding and Marketing Assistant is responsible for attracting customers to participate in vehicle bidding for the company through effective marketing activities. The role also involves providing customer support by responding to inquiries and assisting clients throughout the bidding process. Additionally, the position supports the company in increasing customer engagement and sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Promote the company’s vehicle bidding services through online and offline marketing activities to attract potential customers. - Communicate with customers to explain the bidding process, requirements, and company services. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels. - Assist customers in registering, participating, and completing the vehicle bidding process. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests, bids, and documentation. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support effective marketing strategies and customer engagement. - Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, marketing activities, and bidding performance for management review. Additional Information: The employee is expected to maintain professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach while representing the company. Flexibility in handling marketing activities, customer coordination, and bidding-related tasks is essential for this role. Location and Nationality: The candidate must currently reside in Oman (Salalah) and be originally from Oman (Omani national). Compensation: The salary range is OMR 200 to OMR 350 per month, negotiable based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position.
