What the work is

Nature of work: Marketing and selling decoration projects, finishes, and modern materials to consultancy offices and owners. Basic tasks: Providing technical consultations, price offers, and calculating bills of quantities (BOQ). Attracting new clients and managing commercial and residential project contracts. Direct coordination between clients and the design, installation, and workshop departments. Requirements: Engineering qualification (interior design, architectural, or civil). Previous experience in sales of decoration materials or contracting. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to read engineering drawings.
