Technical Consultant for ERP and CRM systems

What the work is

Analyze the customers business and implement ERP and CRM apps. We are looking for individuals who would like to further their careers in the Technical Industry. This position will be a blend between a functional consultant and a project manager. You will be working with a team that is responsible for implementing projects and for helping customers with the use of their business apps. Responsibilities: Project Management Organize and follow up on ERP and CRM implementations Analyze customer needs Help with the configuration of the software Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials) Negotiate the required resources Follow and check the development aspect Requirements: Previous experience as a functional consultant Relevant Bachelors Degree Ability to understand business processes Fluent in Arabic and English Problem solver Solution-oriented Affinity with the IT world To apply please send an email to [contact removed] with your CV.
