Receive customer orders, prepare them, and present them in the correct way. Pay attention to customer satisfaction, good dealing with them, and providing an excellent service. Clean and maintain the coffee machine, equipment, and tools. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area. Follow up on the availability of beverage preparation supplies and inform the supervisor when needed. Speed and accuracy in preparing orders, especially during busy times. Adherence to recipes, quality standards, and the approved presentation method.
