Operational Manager – Printing Field

What the work is

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our printing and advertising business. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations, production schedules, and order delivery. Supervise graphic designers, machine operators, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams. Manage stock, inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination. Ensure printing machines and production equipment are properly maintained. Monitor job quality, deadlines, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Coordinate between sales, design, production, and delivery teams. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Improve productivity, reduce wastage, and maintain smooth workflow. Requirements Previous experience in printing, advertising, signage, or promotional products. Proven experience managing employees and daily operations. Good knowledge of printing materials, machines, production processes, and inventory management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and reporting ability. Must currently reside in Qatar. Good English & Arabic communication skills. Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in printing and advertising companies in Qatar.
