What the work is

Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and improve revenue, conversion rate, average order value, abandonment rate and digital sales contribution. Define and prioritise roadmap initiatives with Product, Commercial and Technology stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate delivery, dependencies, user acceptance testing and release readiness. Work with UX, Technology and vendor partners to improve customer journeys and launch new features and services. Monitor channel availability, defects and transaction success, coordinating issue resolution and preventive actions. Assess post-launch performance against agreed objectives and identify further improvements. Track competitor offers, pricing and market trends to inform channel enhancements. Provide regular sales and performance insights across products, categories and campaigns. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital channels and web and mobile technologies; Magento knowledge is an advantage. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with a strong understanding of digital sales and customer journey metrics. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and prioritize digital enhancements. Experience coordinating testing, release readiness and the launch of digital features and services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, technology, design and vendor teams. Professional certification in Agile/Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2.
