WE’RE HIRING — AUTO CARE SUPERVISOR Indoor Sales & Operations Ruwi, Muscat, Oman We are looking for an experienced supervisor to manage daily car care operations, assist customers, and lead our service team. Working Hours • Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM • Afternoon break: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM • Friday: Weekly day off Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in an auto care or detailing center. • Strong knowledge of PPF, nano ceramic coatings, window tinting, polishing, interior detailing, and smart paint repair. • Experience in indoor sales, customer consultation, quotations, and selling service packages. • Ability to supervise staff, schedule jobs, and maintain high quality standards. • Strong spoken and written English is essential. Arabic is an advantage. • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities • Recommend suitable services and packages to customers. • Coordinate bookings, workflow, and vehicle delivery. • Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities. • Maintain an organized, professional customer reception area.
