Vehicle Transactions, Insurance and Warranty Officer A car company announces the availability of a vacancy to work in Muscat – Al Maabilah. Job Duties: - Follow up on vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, and completing transactions with the competent authorities. - Coordinate with insurance companies to issue and follow up on insurance policies. - Issue and activate car warranties and coordinate with warranty providers and maintenance centers. - Prepare car files and ensure the completion of customs cards, sale, and delivery documents. - Follow up with customers until procedures are completed and vehicles are delivered. - Organize documents and update the transaction log daily. Requirements: - Experience in vehicle transactions within the Sultanate of Oman is preferred. - Proficiency in using computers and Office programs. - Accuracy, organization, and commitment to transaction completion deadlines. - Good communication and follow-up skills. - A valid driving license in the Sultanate of Oman.
