Block Masons: 1.Lay concrete blockwork, bricks, and masonry units according to project plans and specifications. 2.Ensure correct alignment, levelling, and plumb line standards. 3.Prepare mortar mixes and ensure strong structural bonding. Plaster Masons: 1.Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces for plastering (cleaning, hacking, and bonding application). 2.Apply internal and external plastering (cement/sand or gypsum plaster) to a smooth, level finish. 3.Perform corner bead installations, kerb stone/interlock touch-ups, or patch repairs as required. Requirements & Qualifications 1.Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in blockwork and plastering on construction sites. 2.Skills: Strong knowledge of masonry tools, mixing techniques, leveling instruments, and surface finishing standards. 3.Work Ethic: Ability to follow engineering drawings/instructions, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality workmanship under deadlines. 4.Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical construction site labor. Install corner beads, fix curb stone or interlock block finishing, and complete minor patch repairs as required. Required Qualifications & Conditions: 1. Experience: Must have at least 2-5 years of practical experience in blockwork and plastering on construction sites. 2. Skills: Must have good knowledge about masonry tools, mixing methods, use of leveling equipment and surface finishing standards. 3. Work Ethic: Ability to follow engineering drawings or instructions, adhere to safety rules and complete high-quality work within the specified time. 4.
