Role Summary: Personal Host The Personal Host, also referred to as a Guest Experience Expert, is responsible for guiding guests through their entire stay, ensuring a memorable and unique experience beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This full-time role involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services, addressing guest requests, and managing operational needs. The Personal Host integrates transactional tasks into the overall guest experience, upholding the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton. Key Responsibilities Delivering a range of services to guide guests throughout their stay. Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests. Completing reports and sharing information about the local area. Ensuring transactions contribute positively to the guest experience. Upholding the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values. Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements Creating and maintaining a safe work environment. Adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. Upholding quality standards consistently. Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Qualifications and Experience This role requires 0-1 years of experience.
