About the Role Edition is seeking a Server to join its team in Red Sea. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The role involves proactive guest interaction and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Set tables according to established standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Interact with guests, provide service, and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable. Clean work areas and maintain supplies. Process transactions as an integrated part of the guest experience. Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service. Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Capability to read and visually verify information, including managing menus. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Qualifications and Experience Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent. Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
