About the Role Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental management systems for terminal construction activities. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to projects in Jeddah and Makkah. Role Purpose The HSE Manager is responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture across all construction operations. This involves ensuring strict compliance with local regulations, airport operational requirements, and international best practices in health, safety, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities Develop and ensure the proper implementation of project-wide HSE policies, procedures, and audit programs. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Monitor contractor compliance with approved HSE plans and risk assessments. Lead toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety awareness campaigns. Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning. Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability practices. Prepare HSE reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance dashboards. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management. Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain HSE management systems in construction environments. Strong understanding of local regulations, airport operational requirements, and international best practices. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with project involvement across cities including Jeddah.
