Female Sales Assistant – Fresh Produce (Fruits & Vegetables)

What the work is

We are looking for an energetic, cheerful, and customer-oriented Female Sales Assistant to join our Fresh Produce department. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for high-quality service, and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to have you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome customers, offering helpful advice and assistance in selecting the best quality fruits and vegetables. Create and maintain attractive, organized, and accessible product displays that enhance the shopping experience. Continuously inspect and sort the produce, promptly removing any damaged or spoiled items to guarantee that only the freshest products are on display. Assist customers with weighing, packaging, and securely wrapping their selections. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across the work area, display shelves, and aisles at all times. Monitor shop-floor inventory levels and proactively report shortages to management to ensure availability of all varieties. Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle all customers with a friendly and patient attitude. Physical stamina suited for active retail work (the role requires continuous movement, standing, and arranging stock). A high level of honesty, accuracy, and punctuality. Exceptional personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
