For women: Customer service Salon + Institute + Women's Spa Work location (Sabah Al-Salem + Sharq) We are looking for a customer service employee (female) to work in a women's salon, institute, and spa. Requirements: Experience working on systems and managing bookings Proficiency in English (speaking and reading) High organization in appointments and follow-up Knowledge of home services and schedule coordination Seriousness, commitment, and good handling of female clients Ability to transfer residency (essential condition) There is interaction and communication with male employees as part of the nature of the work (such as drivers/logistic coordination) Direct interaction and communication with the employer is an essential part of the job's nature Work hours and salary: Work hours: from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Day off: one day per week Salary: starting from 300 KD (subject to increase based on experience and competence) Transportation: provided by the company There is a monthly bonus/commission linked to monthly sales based on performance and commitment Job duties: Receiving calls and messages and organizing bookings Managing appointments and following up on them accurately Following up on home service bookings and coordinating schedules with drivers Answering client inquiries regarding services and packages Contributing to increasing sales and improving the client experience Submitting notes and reports to management when needed Meetings and follow-up: An obligatory meeting is held every two weeks at the company's main headquarters with the employer to follow up on performance and organize work.
