JOB Vacancy For Position: “PRODUCTION MANAGER” Three Principles Global Projects is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for a position “PRODUCTION MANAGER ” in joinery, Fit-out, Interiors & Furniture Industries., As per the details given below:- Job Responsibilities:- 1 Responsible of project operation from initial stage to completion. 2 Production scheduling, resources allocation, production controlling in the factory. 3 Material calculation, procurement, and consumption controlling 4 Resources planning & Optimum allocation of labors, Machines, Tools, and Materials. 5 Production scheduling, execution, controlling and monitor progress at each stage. 6 Strong coordination with Technical, Project, Commercial, Design and Procurement team 7 Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary workforce of around 100+ for large scale fit-out and furnishing projects, ensuring highest quality delivery and client satisfaction. 8 Ability to manage the joinery workshop as an independent profit center, growing annual turnover from OMR 600k to OMR 2M. 9 Preparation of Quotation, RFI, Work order, Client Agreement, Presentation, BOQ, Tender Document, Technical Tender Detail, Project document, Project schedule and time management, Material/Project Cost estimation & Price analyses. 10 Preparation of Quotation, RFI, Work order, Client Agreement, Presentation, BOQ, Tender Document, Technical Tender Detail, Project document, Project schedule and time management, Material/Project Cost estimation & Price analyses. 11 Ability for preparation of Detail Design Drawing in 3D Views, Shop Drawing, Production drawing for Complete detail design, and Cutting List 12 Full management of the entire life cycle of project milestones (end to end) from meeting client, to manufacturing till commissioning and hand-over to customers. 13 Provide weekly/monthly/yearly reports, presentation, and feedback to senior management on performance & targets KPIs achievements 14 Give daily/weekly report on the projects progress status and obstacle facing and propose ideas and effective solution methods to overcome the obstacles/problems. Hence expediting the completion of the work 15 Manage & collaborate with project coordinator on project implementation at site, to ensure timely completion, execution of contracts as per agreed design specification, and conduct quality checks prior to handover to the client, considering from the sales, deliverable, and customer satisfaction point views. 16 Stock Control Management of raw materials/accessories (IN/OUT), and ensure the project shall be complete within estimated raw materials ordered for particular project. 17 Provide future Planning proposal on how to enhance, develop, innovate, expedite design & production process, attract the customers for different/new innovative design/products that would enhance the bottom line of the company and meet total customer satisfaction in respect to deliverable timeline, and innovative/unique design. 18 Full management of the entire life cycle of project milestones (end to end) from meeting client, to manufacturing till commissioning and hand-over to customers. Furniture, Fit out. 2 Project Management -Joinery & Fit out 3 Technical & Management Skills- Joinery Operation & Woodworking Machineries 4 Computer Software: MS Project, AutoCad 2D & 3D, MS Office, Revit 5 Languages: English & Hindi, Arabic Preference. Education & Experience:- 1 Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering, Industrial or Civil Engineering 2 Minimum of 12 Years’ Experience in the similar field,; Preference GCC Experience. Terms and Conditions: 1. Salary Package: OMR 750/- To 1000/- 2. Place of employment: Oman. 3. Period of Employment: Two years (Renewable) 4. Working Hours: 9 Hours a Day, 6 working days a week 5.
