About the Role St. Regis is seeking a Care Technician to join their team. This full-time role involves responding to and resolving guest repair requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of tools and equipment. The position requires 2-5 years of related work experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to and address guest repair requests promptly. Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues effectively. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for proper operation. Carry necessary equipment, such as tools and radios. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Record information for unfinished calls before shift changes. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Complete safety training and certifications and properly store flammable materials. Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Communicate using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Navigate stairs, service ramps, and ladders. Perform tasks requiring reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Qualifications and Requirements Education: A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred. Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience is required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role. License or Certification: None specified.
