Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, in addition to enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced work environment. Required experience for this role ranges from 0-1 year. Key Duties and Responsibilities Continuously follow up on recruitment needs and vacant positions. Search for suitable candidates and communicate with them. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through different recruitment stages. Update candidate data and share recruitment updates with the relevant team. Pay attention to the candidate's journey to ensure a positive experience until the recruitment process is completed. Required Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging from one year or less in recruitment or human resources. Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment.
