The Role of Import Assistant The Import Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating all international shipping and customs clearance operations. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the efficient, legal, and timely delivery of cooling equipment and spare parts. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all international shipping operations. Oversee customs clearance processes for imported goods. Streamline logistics to ensure efficient delivery of cooling equipment and spare parts. Ensure compliance with all relevant international shipping and customs regulations. Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of shipments. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in import, export, or logistics. Proven ability to manage and coordinate international shipping processes. Experience with customs clearance procedures and regulations. Required Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills. Attention to detail for ensuring legal and on-schedule deliveries. Ability to work effectively within a logistics team.
