About the Role Hilton is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of dining outlets and contributing to memorable guest experiences. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting. Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements. Ensure food presentation meets established standards and monitor cost and portion controls. Assist in supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition. Support the hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members. Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. Required Experience and Attributes 5-10 years of experience in a relevant food and beverage management role. Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
