About the Role NES Global Talent is seeking an experienced Frac Wellsite Leader (WSL) / Wellsite Coordinator (WSC) for a full-time position with an Oilfield Services (OFS) client in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role involves leading and coordinating wellsite operations to ensure safe and efficient execution of approved well programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate wellsite operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of approved well programs. Coordinate with clients, contractors, service providers, and field personnel to facilitate smooth operations. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, risk assessments, and operational procedures. Monitor job progress, manage operational risks, and minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT). Maintain accurate daily reports of wellsite activities. Ensure equipment and personnel readiness, effective communication, and the achievement of operational performance targets. Required Experience Candidates should possess experience as a Wellsite Leader (WSL) or Wellsite Coordinator, specifically within frac operations. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage and oversee complex wellsite activities in the Oil & Gas sector. Work Environment and Type This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) .
