The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Consultant MasarEng is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support its operations and partner organizations in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract, remote role focused on sourcing, attracting, and selecting engineering talent across various specialties. The consultant will manage and execute full-life cycle recruiting activities, collaborating closely with internal teams and client partners to achieve national talent development objectives. Key Responsibilities Define role requirements in collaboration with hiring stakeholders. Post job opportunities and screen applications. Coordinate and conduct structured interviews. Advise clients on effective hiring strategies. Assess candidate fit for various engineering roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Utilize data and market insights to enhance talent acquisition outcomes. Role Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and an ability to manage recruiting activities independently. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring decisions. Work Environment This is a remote contract position , offering flexibility while requiring strong self-management and collaboration skills.
