Required: E-commerce store operations and marketing officer, order follow-up and customer service in Nizwa

We are looking for a person to manage our e-commerce stores daily, from receiving the order until it reaches the customer, and to market the products through the store accounts. Work location is in the Wilayat of Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate Work is in-person, 6 hours daily Contract duration is two years, renewable Daily Tasks * Reviewing orders and confirming their details with customers, and coordinating with delivery representatives and following up on each order until delivery. * Managing [contact removed] Instagram and TikTok accounts, replying to messages and comments, and preparing and publishing content that markets the products. * Handling customer complaints and order and delivery problems, and keeping the customer updated until the problem is solved. * Issuing, printing and recording invoices, and updating order data accurately. Required Skills * Fluency in speaking the Arabic language and the ability to write clear and professional responses to customers. * Proficiency in using the computer and dealing with electronic orders and invoices. * Practical knowledge of managing social media accounts and marketing through them. * The ability to organize several orders at the same time and follow up on details without delay.
