About the Role Coastal Transportation Services Company is seeking a Specialist - Airport Guest Greetings to support mobility operations. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring efficiency and consistency in the guest experience, aligning with operational requirements. The specialist will manage the operational system for recording guest transfers and perform daily reconciliations. This position also involves representing Mobility within the Airport Control Center, acting as a central communication point for various stakeholders to oversee guest and staff movements. Key Responsibilities The role involves comprehensive responsibilities across planning, operations, and accounting functions to ensure seamless guest and staff transportation services. Plan airport transfers and share plans with relevant Airport Stakeholders, including airside transfers, arrivals, and departures. Administer GACA Airport Permits and Airport Driving permits for Mobility staff. Represent Land & Marine in the Airport Operations Control Center on a 24/7 basis. Collaborate with TOCC, AOCC, and external stakeholders for exception management related to Guest and Executive Staff Transfer bookings, including incident reporting, vehicle mishaps, complaints, and ensuring continuous follow-through for service recovery. Monitor airport transfers for on-time performance and provide ETA updates to Airport Stakeholders to enhance the guest experience. Coordinate, supervise, and report on team activities, ensuring effective communication. Comply with service standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Report the Mobility transfer plan, resource deployment, and exceptions daily. Report the next 7 days' weekly transfer plan to all stakeholders. Prepare business requirements to improve the operational efficiency of the system. Meet and greet VIP Guests, provide journey updates, assist with luggage, and allocate suitable vehicles. Participate in ORAT, systems testing, and go-live activities. Identify and report potential risks, issues, and challenges to management. Undertake other assigned tasks and assignments related to the job. Ensure full compliance with company Health & Safety policies by proactively identifying risks, maintaining a safe working environment, and promoting a strong safety culture across all airport operations. Financial Reconciliation The specialist is responsible for the financial aspects of mobility transfers, ensuring accuracy and proper billing procedures. Reconcile Mobility transfers, including cost, group size, and removal of duplications. Send approvals for valid transfers to the billing department. Experience and Qualifications Candidates should possess significant experience in a related field to effectively manage the demands of this role. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
