About the Role Adidas is seeking a Specialist Omnichannel Execution Area Visual Merchandiser for the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on implementing best practice visual merchandising and in-store communication standards across a portfolio of stores to enhance the consumer journey and drive sell-through. Key Responsibilities Drive the implementation of visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to create a strong consumer journey, highlighting product features and brand stories. Train, guide, and motivate In-Store Visual Merchandisers (ISVM) to ensure excellence in execution across both DTC and WHS environments. Cascade brand and VM guidelines to ISVM and store teams to ensure executional excellence and understanding of principles. Guide and influence ISVM and store teams on consumer journeys, store layout, capacities, product density, color flow, mannequin styling, VM standards, and ISC materials. Assist in measuring and reporting on retail productivity, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Support the omnichannel team by providing field and store insights to guide campaign planning and ensure campaign readiness at the store level. Lead new store openings in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure perfect retail execution aligned with brand guidelines. Drive overall brand success across key Trade Zones by auditing and reporting on all DTC and WHS touchpoints. Provide VM training and in-store support for WHS retailers and work with the back office team on consumer journeys for key WHS doors. Required Skills and Capabilities Ability to take a proactive approach to strategy implementation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail landscape, visual merchandising, retail marketing, and presentation. Strong project and planning skills, demonstrating a 'finisher, completer' mentality. Understanding of store KPIs to make commercial decisions while maintaining brand standards. Ability to think conceptually, strategically, and translate sales/category reporting into in-store merchandising strategies. Knowledge of customer service principles and processes. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts, to meet business needs. Ability to manage a portfolio of stores. Must hold a valid Saudi driver's license. Work Environment This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires travel across a portfolio of stores, primarily within the Eastern Province. The role involves working closely with in-store teams, retail operations, and omnichannel teams.
