The PMO Analyst Consultant Role CoorB is seeking a PMO Analyst Consultant for a full-time position in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This role is central to project and portfolio oversight, involving the consolidation of status updates, maintenance of dashboards, performance analysis, and preparation of management reports. The consultant will provide accurate and timely information to support governance and management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and validate project updates, including progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop and maintain project and portfolio dashboards using agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations. Analyze progress against approved plans, highlighting deviations, trends, and matters requiring management attention. Review reported status against supporting data and clarify discrepancies with project owners. Maintain consolidated risk, issue, dependency, action, and decision logs, following up with accountable owners. Support governance meetings by preparing reporting packs and tracking agreed actions, agendas, decisions, and minutes. Monitor adherence to reporting deadlines, templates, and data-quality requirements. Improve reporting efficiency through standardization and automation. Document reporting processes and provide a structured handover of dashboards, reports, and outstanding items before contract conclusion. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in PMO analysis, project reporting, or a similar role. Experience supporting banking, financial services, or technology projects is preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards. Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, or equivalent project management tools. Understanding of project lifecycles, Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, and PMO governance practices. Experience coordinating architecture reviews, checkpoints, technical decisions, exceptions, and compliance activities. CAPM, PMP, or a relevant analytics certification is an advantage. Required Skills Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Clear reporting and presentation skills. Effective stakeholder coordination and follow-up. Ability to professionally challenge inconsistent information. Ability to manage reporting requirements across multiple projects.
