About the Role Duncan & Ross is seeking an E&I ENGINEER (PS) to join their team. This is a full-time position suitable for professionals with 5-10 years of experience, focusing on key aspects of procurement and technical evaluation within the E&I domain. Key Responsibilities The E&I Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks primarily centered around the procurement process and technical interactions with vendors. These responsibilities ensure that all technical specifications and evaluations are handled efficiently and accurately. Developing and preparing Purchase Order Specifications (POS) . Initiating and raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) . Conducting Technical Clarifications (TC) directly with vendors to resolve any technical queries or discrepancies. Performing Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) to assess vendor proposals against technical requirements. Qualifications and Experience Candidates for this role should possess a foundational understanding of E&I engineering principles and demonstrate proficiency in the specified procurement-related tasks. The position is designed for individuals early in their career. Experience required: 5-10 years in a relevant field. Proficiency in handling Purchase Order Specifications (POS). Ability to raise Purchase Requisitions (PR). Experience in conducting Technical Clarifications (TC) with vendors. Capability to perform Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
