Job Opportunities | Italian Restaurant Manager – Specialty Coffee Cafe Manager – Barista We announce the opening of recruitment to join the team at our Italian restaurant and specialty coffee cafe branch, for the following positions: 🔹 Italian Restaurant Manager We are looking for a manager with actual experience in restaurant management, and the ability to lead the team and achieve the branch goals. Tasks and Requirements: • Managing daily operations and coordinating between the service team and the kitchen. • Organizing work schedules, distributing tasks, training employees, and monitoring their performance. • Monitoring sales, performance indicators, and controlling costs, inventory, and waste. • Ensuring service quality and compliance with cleanliness and food safety standards. • Professionally handling customer complaints and improving the guest experience. • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and preparing operational reports; experience in Italian restaurants is preferred. 🔹 Specialty Coffee Cafe Branch Manager We are looking for a manager who combines cafe management experience with an understanding of specialty coffee standards. Tasks and Requirements: • Managing daily operations and leading the barista and service team. • Monitoring the consistency of coffee and beverage quality and compliance with approved recipes. • Organizing schedules, training the team, and monitoring the level of service. • Managing inventory, orders, stock-taking, and monitoring the consumption of coffee beans, milk, and raw materials. • Monitoring sales, costs, and waste, and proposing suggestions to improve branch performance. • Previous experience in managing specialty coffee cafes and using point-of-sale (POS) systems. 🔹 Barista We are looking for a barista who cares about drink quality, details, and good customer service. Tasks and Requirements: • Practical experience in preparing espresso and hot and cold coffee drinks. • Proficiency in adjusting the grinder, extracting espresso, and steaming milk; latte art skills are preferred. • Compliance with recipes and measurements to ensure quality consistency and reduce waste. • Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and equipment and performing daily cleaning procedures. • Ability to work in a team and handle order pressure efficiently.
