About the Role Al Salama Hospital is seeking an OBGYNE Registrar / Senior Registrar to provide high-quality, patient-centered, and evidence-based medical care. This full-time role operates in accordance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, focusing on effective diagnosis and treatment while maintaining patient safety. Role Purpose The Registrar / Senior Registrar is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence through collaboration, continuous professional development, and active participation in training and educational activities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, professional, and ethical clinical services to patients. Diagnose and treat patients effectively and efficiently. Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records. Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care. Clinical Governance and Quality Management Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards. Participate in clinical audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Support coordinated care and effective communication among healthcare professionals. Patient Experience and Professional Development Provide patient-centered care and maintain professional communication with patients and their families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management. Promote patient satisfaction through timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Maintain clinical knowledge and skills through continuous professional development. Participate in academic and training activities, including education and mentorship. Support the supervision and development of junior physicians and medical trainees.
